WE NEED AN ADMINISTRATOR NOT A PRESIDENT

One of the successes of the previous
government is"ADMINISTRATION" and this is
the oil which is lacking in the machinery of the
present government. We have a good President
with vision I must confess but we lack a good
administrator I must attest.
